Why does my browser warn "File might be harmful"?
Android displays a standard generic safety notice whenever you download any application directly as an APK outside Google Play. The CarbonEx Users APK is cryptographically signed, 100% verified, and hosted directly on our official Cloud Storage infrastructure. You can safely tap "Download anyway".
How do I enable "Install Unknown Apps" on Android?
When you tap the downloaded file to install, Android may prompt: "For your security, your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source." Tap Settings on the prompt, toggle Allow from this source to ON, press back, and tap Install.
When will CarbonEx be on Google Play Store & Apple App Store?
Our application bundles are currently undergoing the standard review process for Google Play Console and the Apple Developer Program. As soon as store verification is complete, links will automatically update here and across the ecosystem. In the meantime, this direct APK build gives you immediate access to all features.
Will my data and telemetry sync automatically?
Yes! Once installed, sign in with your phone number or email. All your IoT smart stoves, refill orders, and carbon token balances will synchronize instantly from the CarbonEx protocol nodes.
